OUR START

Our business and personal relationship amongst our partners began two decades ago. It started with one of us as an employee benefit insurance carrier sales rep, and the others as his insurance broker client. Through relentless professionalism, dedicated customer service, and an innovative spirit, a future team was born.

After working together for almost 15-years, we each went separate ways as we pursued our own independent entrepreneurial ventures. While staying in touch and serving as sounding boards and cheerleaders for each others respective businesses, common themes began to emerge during our late night and weekend calls:

  1. Small and middle market companies are underserved by insurance brokers. They all want the large revenue generating client and pay little attention to growing firms.

  2. Having an experienced and well educated sounding board to bounce ideas off of truly helps as a business owner.

  3. The costs of running a small and middle sized business are significant and any meaningful measure of savings without sacrificing productivity goes a very long way.
